Video Premiere: Strid

Strid, meaning strife or war in english, the latest experimental music video from Dada Pogrom, premieres tomorrow at Lead Berry Research in Reykjavik.

This video represents the latest in the technical advances made by Dada Pogrom in the video realm. It is shot on 16mm film at an Icelandic lake, Klefarvatn, reputed to inhabited by monsters. It was shot earlier this year in a window of sub arctic light lasting only a few hours.

Here in this video is expressed a tiny moment in warfare. Two soldiers from one army see an injured soldier from an opposing army. They go and rescue him, then all are killed. It doesn’t mean anything at all.

Strid, the song, is available on vinyl and cd from Grid Records on the Tech Noire major release.

See the video premiere at Lead Berry Research, Laugavegur 53b, 101 Reykjavik, tomorrow at 23:00.

Immediately after the premiere, this video will be available for viewing on the Dada Pogrom web site.

This is Dada Pogrom. Long live the new dark wave!
